Internal control

A description of tasks and stages to be implemented in order to provide a reasonable guarantee of the rigorous and efficient management of activities. All the organisation’s functions must be involved in its implementation. The identification and analysis of risks (and consequently, ways of dealing with them) are part of the internal monitoring procedures. The latter should describe the various risks incurred by an organisation, and the procedures and systems put into place to limit them.
